Before becoming an Idea Coach…

…I spent nine years working in leadership and development at a fortune 200 company.

Although a lot of good came from those years, they were also colored with a low-grade sense of “I don’t quite fit in here.” As the years rolled on, I longed for something more, something better, something different. I longed for a big life, full of big dreams and big Ideas - many of which looked different from the conventional visions of the leaders around me.

This longing created fertile ground for a series of life-altering catalytic events including the end of a long-term relationship, the first Covid lockdown just six weeks later, and the decision to move in with my parents at age 29 because the loneliness and panic attacks were real.

Through the heartbreak, hope, and healing, I found an opportunity to reconnect to my intuition and creativity

I rediscovered passions and dreams I had long dismissed but never forgotten. I bought a house, left my “I don’t fit in here” job, and became a business owner.

I started to wonder if my anomalous Ideas weren’t frivolous, delusional, or naïve. Maybe these kinds of Ideas – the things our souls genuinely want to express, experience, and create - are exactly what the world needs… now more than ever.

In founding Anomaly, my mission is to encourages clients to become champions of their long-lost dreams – no matter how anomalous or delusion they might seem.

Using a myriad of Wayfinding tools that blend both art and science, I help clients take small steps in the direction of their big Ideas. And, in doing so, create a life they actually enjoy living!
